Early Registration Deadline ( until September 14th )

Regular participant: 190 € (Includes Conference Dinner)

Student (confirmation of Student status must be provided): 100 € (Conference Dinner +40€)

Accompanying: 100 €

Regular Registration ( after September 14th and before October 7th )

Regular participant: 250 € (Includes Conference Dinner)

Student (confirmation of Student status must be provided): 175 € (Conference Dinner +40€)

Accompanying: 120 €

Late Registration ( after October 7th )

Regular participant: 300 € (Includes Conference Dinner)

Student (confirmation of Student status must be provided): 200 € (Conference Dinner +40€)

Accompanying: 140 €

Note:

1) Fees include documentation, coffee-breaks, cultural tour and lunches (9th-10th November)

2) Fees for more than one paper per author:

Contact note that our policy for the presentation of more than one paper is the following:

For one paper (1): 1 registration fee

For two papers (2): 1 registration fee + 150€

For three papers (3): 1 registration fee + 250€

3) Organizers of Sessions and Members of the Scientific Committee with paper submission have a reduced fee, corresponding to the Student fee.

4) Fees paid by an Institution:

In case of the registration fee being payed by an Institution, please send the organization an e-mail with the participant identification relative to the payment made. Mandatory: Full name, address and VAT (to allow the issuance of the receipt).

5) Registration payment:

Note: Bank transfer fee (when applicable) must be paid by the participant and the copy confirmation should be send to wsmc2018@gmail.com with the subject WSMC12.
